Ok, i have recently got a pocket bike given to me by my brother in law and he g9ot it from a friend who owed him money. He said it worked but the battery was dead. We started charging it( the charger plugs into the bike from the top of the bike where the gas tank should be(no gas tank and the battery is only chargable threw the bike into the plug in of the ac adapter) but then my other brother in law started to try to start it i think he said and the battery started smoking(no fire). we unplugged the charger and it stopped. (18 volt battery and 18v charger). Now that we try to start it up while the battery is plugged in it doesnt start? Any help to fix this? And if we need a new battery how much does it cost for a new one( Canada alberta(closest store: Walmart)?
