State I am living in had issues with electing the Governor. Apparently not enough ballots were issued to a city. Then votes were not counted in some major cities. Now they just found a bag of missing ballots. It raises the question to me personally one was my votes counted? Secondly going beyond the Governor's race how many votes were misrepresented for other candidates. My question is of two parts: One has a state ever do a do-over of Election Day before? Can that be done? Appreciate the response.
