Ok, so i just brought Oblivion back out of the box, and i'm looking on making the best character possible in the game even if its boring as hell, ok so i looked at a few guides but its unclear to me since i'm a bit slow in the head.
What im trying to do is, make a tank character that uses heavy armor with a sheild etc..
but i heard that u can get an extra +5 points to something when leveling up can some1 please explain how this is done, and also i heard that u need to have major skills that u dont use?
So i'm a bit confused, what im also unclear about is what birthsign to take and what 3 skills to put up after each level to make the character as buffed up as possible.
And lastly, how do i go about leveling up my minor and major skills, when i have major skills that i dont use?
