Light metal gliders can move virtually without friction on an air track. A 0.20 kg glider traveling from the left at 0.55 m/s and a 0.40 kg glider traveling from the right at 0.25 m/s collide at the center of the track. Assume that the more massive glider moves back toward the right at 0.06 m/s after the collision.
(a) Find the speed and direction of the other glider after the collision.
