When she is inside she should be on a leash tied to your waist. You have to watch her ALL OF THE TIME. If you can't watch her because you are work then she should be crated.
If she starts sniffing or squatting then say 'Outside!' in a happy voice and quickly walk outside. Do not say no or be scary. Once outside just stand there for like 10 minutes. Keep a bag of treats by the door so you can grab them as you go out. If she does pee or poop outside you should praise her "good potty!" and give her treats. Act very happy and even play with her a little. If she doesn't, and she probably won't the first many, many times then after you wait for at least 5 minutes just head back in and continue what you are doing.
I know it seems like a lot of work to keep her tied to you and watch her all the time but it is the fastest way to teach her what you want. When you say no to a dog who is going to the bathroom they might think that you don't like them to go to the bathroom. Now they will be scared to go in front of you. If you were just saying no after the fact she had absolutely no idea what that was for- she probably thought you just didn't like her sitting there wagging her tail.
Take her outside every hour, after she wakes up, before playtime, after playtime, and after dinner. If you commit to watching her 100% of the time she will be potty trained fastest. ALWAYS reward her EVERY SINGLE TIME she goes and use the same word when she goes 'Potty' or 'hurry up' are good things to say.
