Firstly, I am a clean person. I have a shower a few times per week, I wear clean cotton socks every day and I'm with hygiene.
One time that has been bugging me is my toenails. I've had this for maybe a year. My large toe has a white-ish squishy solid thing underneath the nail that grows
All my nails are normal coloured - not green or orange
I've noticed that the solid thing is cotton from my socks and it must get mixed with sweat to smell/look that bad
Do you think that it is all? It can't really be an infection because it hasn't spread for over a year and when I'm on holiday (and I wear sandals) I don't get this
Is it just my socks and the fluff?

Oh and in the future if I have to wear socks shall I put talcum powder on my feet?
