Egyptian RTS game name?

I used to play this awesome PC game back in the day, like pretty far back. It was set in Egypt and you had to build a society, control farms, build monuments, and control things like taxes. You also had different class homes depending on the area.

I think they had one for China too, anyone know the name of the game? Also if there is a place to download it considering how old it is?
