You Look So Fine

Ever since I can remember, from the day I moved away from my old house, I've had the same dream atleast 3 times a week. Sometimes it stops for a while, but it's replaced with me having to evacuate from my current house or a tornado in the area (which is weird because I live in a mountain area in Northern Cali).
Anyways, the dream is typically the same. Me returning to my old house. The neighborhood is always physically correct, all the neighbors are in their right houses, and my only goal in the dream is to call my old best friend who lives there, to tell her I'm back. Sometimes I go to my old elementary school, and try to look for her (Even though we're in highschool now).
A couple nights ago, before going to sleep, I closed my eyes and imagined the statement "Show me my old house". My dad told me a long time ago that if you think of a chalkboard and write what you want to dream about, it will show up. That's what I did, and it worked. I once again showed up in my silent, old house, no furniture, dark. Only my parents were there. I asked, "Is this a dream? If it is, I won't try calling Cassidy." (my friend). "It's real." they told me, so I called her. The area code was my current, and the number wasn't hers. Then woke up.
For anyone who can interpret, this is a dream that has been with me for over 6 years and counting. I couldn't even describe it to my therapist. Please help. =(
