I'm not sure if there is any human resource profession who knows this. But do employers (in CANADA...specifically Ontario) do eduation background checks? What I mean is, if I say I am a graduate of a particular school and I went to that school but never graduated, how do they find out? Also, the same if I told them I went to a particular school and never even went there. The job has absolutely nothing to do with the diploma/degree and it's entry level but the company just wants the candidate to have graduated.
