Hello, I'm planning on going to study to London, but I don't know how's the educational system in Britain. I was born on February 1996.
Here's something from wikipedia:
Age on 31Aug - Year - Schools.
15 - 11 - Secondary School / Secondary School with Sixth form - Upper School or High School
16 - 12 (Lower Sixth) - College/Sixth form / Secondary School with Sixth form - Upper School or High School
17 - 13 (Upper Sixth) - College/Sixth form / Secondary School with Sixth form - Upper School or High School
I'd be in Year 11, that's kind of clear, but : The terms SECONDARY SCHOOL, SECONDARY SCHOOL WITH SIXTH FORM, UPPER SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL, SIXTH FORM & COLLEGE are all mentioned, which one is the correct for a guy in Year 11 in a private school in London ?
And what's Sixth Form ?
