education and qualification help please?

How many, and what A levels do you need to become an infant school teacher? i was thinking of doing CACHE Level 3 Award ,Certificate, Diploma in Child Care and Education. is the course worth 3 and a half A levels? so would that be ok to get into university? i was going to do biology aswell. i read somewhere you needed an english, science or maths A level, so would biology be ok? would it be better doing health and social care instead of child care and then 3 other subjects? is there anybody thats become an infant school teacher, any adive? any body thats done a child care course? whats it like? thanks
