Economical + features

OK.
I'm looking for something that is economical, under $100, but I would go higher for something because I realize an easy to use MP3 player probably runs more.
I AM looking for something used. (if my price range hasn't already given me away.)

This is a phone for my wife. We are not too into gadgets (well, I am, she isn't).

GSM 850 should be included, and I thing 1900 = I am located in the Chicago area, and we are on a good Cingular former AT&T plan.
I basically want something with BT so I can keep her phone backed-up, and if it has an MP3 player I can maintain her content (some music, probably more podcasts).
Also, the phone quality is important. It must be capable of good reception (our Mot V600s don't get enought reception and home, and the SE T616 we just got does). It must have good quality audio (ear and mouth pieces).
Speaker phone would be nice, but not essential.

I've recently gottn the SE T616, and we like that, but I'm looking for something with an MP3 player for her.

I've been watching:
Nokia 6230, 6103, 6102i, 3600, 3620
and
SE Z520, Z525

(I believe the only ones I've been looking at that have MP3 play capability ar ethe ones I've underlined.)
Other than these, I believe the Nokia and SE phones that are available, and probably more than I want to pay.

I am not too sure about the other brands of phones, Nokia and SE seem to be among the best, as far as I can tell.

What advice do you have for me?
Can you recommend a purchase location (I've been looking at eBay and people selling here)?
