I believe that bison grazing increases the amount of plant species present, but I am not sure as to why this occurs.
2) When might species richness be the primary diversity measure of interest? What cautions do biologists need to keep in mind when interpreting species richness?
I believe species richness is most important for when you want to know the amount and type of species in certain areas.Not too sure and have no clue about the second part
3) Identify 2 key assumptions about biodiversity measurements: what assumptions are we making when we assign meaning to these measurements?
i have no clue...i will continue doing research but any help would be much appreciated.
