Ebay store Full Text/HTML custom page?

I opened an Ebay store today and am attempting to set up the pages. I don't know where to insert the Full Text/HTML custom page codes (where in Ebay do I find where to insert the codes). Does anyone know where I insert the Full Text/HTML custom codes to set up the front page of my new store?
