Ebay Sim card question

okay, so i was wondering. (excuse spelling)

if i was to buy an AT&T sim card from ebay , would i avoid any credit checks?
because basicly i want to get AT&T but without having to lay down soo much deposit money. so i was wondering if that sim card from ebay would be able to be activated over the phone without them asking me any credit questions?
like if it can just activate and be ready for a monthly plan.

If you buy a SIM card through eBay, it will be unactivated. You would still have to go through the wireless carrier to get service. The only wireless service which does not require credit qualifications is prepaid service.
 
No because 2 or a year contract is REQUIRED REGARDLESS, plus the SIM HAS TO NEVER ACTIVATED, if it was preactivated then NO

Unless you use the PAYASYOUGO or FLEXPAY methods
 
Sorry kenny... you'll have to still go through the whole activation process... (running your credit and so forth) getting a sim from a third party does nothing for you in this case.... getting your phone from a third party does help though, you only have to sign a one year agreement..
