I don't use more than 200 minutes/month on average and want to go to prepaid SIMS and dump Verizon. I am thinking about buying a "unlocked quad GSM RAZR" from a company on Ebay. I would buy prepaid minutes and use them as needed. I could also buy a Canadian sim card for when I go there (often) and save outrageous roaming charges. Do you thinks it's a plan? Thank you.
I believe most GSM phones on Ebay are foreign. They work, but may have foreign writing on them. One buyer I contacted said that her letters (number pad) were in Arabic. See doesn't mind it. Thanks again.
