Ebay Fees? How did i pay them?

I looked at my ebay fees and it said i had paid them but i dont remember evr doing that. i dont know how i did pay them because i have no credit card or bank account added to my paypal account. So they cant take any money out of there. Please Help
 
it must of been paid off from the profit you made selling items via paypal
i usually pay the fees with the money i have in my paypal account, before withdrawing the money
