T topsy New member Jan 6, 2011 #1 I'm really confused. Even when a seller adds to their sale that they don't accept refunds, the buyer is technically allowed to open a case issuing a full refund? that's ridiculous! why is that allowed? why even keep the option to say "no refunds"?
