Do you mean meat that was un-refrigerated for 9 hours?
If so, dump it.
Too much time went by... If it was hot at first and left to cool without being refrigerated almost immediately, it's become a breeding ground for bacteria!
Don't fret, we use to do this regularly before we knew how dangerous it was, and never got sick. Definitely dump any leftovers and be more careful in the future. Hope you don't get sick.
