is it better to cut down on calories or grams of fat? Also is granola actually good for you, it does have 8 grams of fat so wouldnt that be bad? What are considered high amounts of fat. I'm 5' 8" and 132 pounds and kinda want to cut down on my weight. Also how many grams of fat should i be consuming a day?
