I am a 15 year old female who is 5'6 & 141 lbs. I am uncomfortable with that and I have started to notice that I eat alot even when I am not hungry I just want something that tastes good. When I am hungry and I eat I can't really tell when I am full and eat beyond fullness. My body figure is pretty good and I am classified "thick" but not to thick. I have a rather smallish upper body if you no what I mean and then my stomach is mediumish (I need to loose some fat) I mean I can see where my abs would be. Then my butt is a good size, it's big but not to big (I like it) but then my thighs are big and it makes my legs big and it sucks trying to fit into jeans. But anyways does anyone no what I can do about all this?
