ok...if I'm losing inches and trying to become very healthy and fit by working out, eating right, but I like chicken wings and I like to have them deep fried...would my results still be attainable if I ate them?
Ok their deep fried and I use a buffalo sauce ---but there still HAS to be a chance that my body can utilize the protein as SOMETHING healthy and than the rest bad...right?
