eating and exercising???????????????

breakfast: one banana w/ hot tea.
lunch:watermelon w/ other fruits
when i come home from school i eat my dinner early around 4:00-4:30pm. i also treat myself w/ a little dessert. is this ok to eat since i am exercising after i ate. so basically i will burn those calories right?
i used to run but my treadmill broke b'c i went overboard w/ it so i broke the motor. :( so know i ride my stationary bike for weight loss/toning my body.

P.S. i am 17years old weigh around 113-115lbs. i am also 5.4ft tall. i exercise 5days a week sometimes more. and i exercise for 1hr on the stationary bike and burn 720-800calories a day
by doing this will i lose weight? including the dessert?
