So I just began healthy (at least healthier compared to before) living last week.
I want to lose about 20 pounds of fat. I'm a male and am currently overweight (5'4" height. 150lbs) but I can play tennis competitively. I skipped rope everyday last week for about 20 minutes til I felt my abdominal getting tight. I just started lifting weights yesterday. I still did rope skipping for warm-up then leg raises and crunches post-workout..
I just finished working out about 20 minutes ago. The usual cardio And only light weight exercises like squats and bench press. Nothing intense like Curls..
Today I felt really hungry. My calories were in check yesterday but today I just snacked when I got hungry. For breakfast I had tuna and a cup of rice, for lunch I had a lot of beef and some rice, and snacked on two chicken sandwiches one about 11am and one about two hours ago. I make sure I don't anything unhealthy like fries and sweets though. Is it a good idea to eat until I'm full on non-lifting days like this one? I really can't help it I get hungry if I don't.. : (
