It depends on how active I am. If I work out that day, I usually can eat more like 1,100. If I'm just lounging around, I eat around 800. Sometimes I meet somewhere in the middle. I don't do it on purpose, but that's when I get full. If I eat more I feel sick. I've tried eating higher calorie foods, but that just made me fuller faster and I still got the same amount of calories. Why might this be? I've been doing this for years (without even thinking about it).
