Theres good fat & bad fat> what does each one do FOR or TO the body? I'm asking bc I want to stop counting calories but still have peace of mind, so if I eat healthy foods & proportional will I lose body fat? I gt gym 5x week weight lifting, female 5'6'' 130lbs. I plan on eating lean meat, oatmeal, protein bars, water/nonfat milk, eggs, chicken, less carbs & no cookies or candy nothing like that.
