Easy to understand channel line up

If you would have read what you posted you would have seen the last line

**Euronews were removed April 2nd**

I keep this info on the line up since this is the one I use at work and clients sometimes call and say they removed channel number this or that...

Sorry about that, I guess I need my glasses checked, although I can't see why you would waste space printing the information if it is no longer valid.
 
Agent Expressvu if you made up this list and distributed around the call center (you stated alot of ppl there were using it), isn't it possible you might identify yourself to coworkers by posting it on here. I don't want to see you get in trouble at work as you have posted infozone stuff on here before, as your are a valuble insider resource to this fourm.

I never said there was...

I just taught it would be interesting for clients to have the channels listed by themes, rather than by names or numbers

I don't belive that none of my coworkers do post on the site...all the reps I talked to in private message were from outside of Montreal. Anyways who can know for sure who I am? Nobody know when I give information about myself...
 
I for one, take my hat off to you.....

You and I both try to make sense out of very confusing and rapidly changing information.

Unfortuantely, if Express Vu were only to talk to people on the front lines with the Customers and allow us to "Proof Read" and ask questions before they release some of the information it would be much clearer for all.

As soon as I received the newest Programming Guide I sent an e-mail asking for clarification of the small print on the rear, only to be greated by a pregnant pause, then, "Oh thats a typo".....Typical.

On the subject of Programming Guides, does anyone remember the most amazing mistake ever.? The Bell Express Vu Programming Guide with a guy on the front picture using a ROGERS Remote.!!!!!! lol
