Easy question for Verizon Fios cable users?

Recently my family switched from comcast cable to verizon fios. Basically all the channels that ive loved and known are now lost within the numbers of 50 - 2000 and i really don't have time to go through all the channels. I live in Massachusetts, and Im basically asking for the popular channel numbers because I dont know how to get a TV guide. And by popular TV channels i mean like, nick, disney, TNT, Comedy central, TBS, fox, all those. Please and hopefully thank you. :)
 
Here is a list of channels from Verizon Fios with their channel numbers that you can look up and print out as well. Just enter your zip code and it will give you all the channels that are available in your area with the channel number.
