Easy Physics problem, but I'm slow. Please help?

I feel like this one is really easy, but I want to make sure I have the correct answer. Here's the problem:

A roof tile falls off the roof of a house. An observer inside the house notices that the tile took 0.2 s to pass 1.6 m window of the house. If the tile fell from rest, what is the velocity of the tile (in m/s) at the instant it is level with the top of the window?

I'm thinking that the answer is 4m/s by using the formula of average velocity. If that is wrong, what formula should I use? Thanks for your help. I'm slow with this physics so I am definitely going to a tutor ASAP!!!
