Easy mods to make my lancer quicker?

I have a 2004 Lancer Oz Rally.
MODS:
JDM yellow fogs
JDM mesh grille
Aftermarket tails
(yes i know the grille tails and fogs do not add hp so dont think im stupid)
Race header
AEM c/a intake

What else can i add to get a little more horsepower besides turbo?
Looking for cheaper options since i already have 1k invested.
