easy mac and cheese after wisdom teeth removal?

can i eat easy mac and cheese on my 4th day?
im still swollen and a bit sore but im super hungry and sick of yogurts and attempting to eat food and by the time i finish it im hungry again.
i was thinking cos they are small and i can just swallow them whole?
