I'm in a musical, and need to pull my hair up to a stylish 50's look. It can't be just a ponytail. I was wondering if there were any ways to make mimic sophisticated 50's without all of the work. I know there is pin curling, but that takes a lot of work, and I need something that will stand up to dancing and spotlights.
My hair is shoulder length, but my friends is very VERY short. I'm talking little longer then a bob cut. What could be done with her hair to make a 50's Hollywood-ish look?
