easy cook meals for dieting?

On a low carb diet it is hard to stay away from fat. You will be looking at only eating chicken or pork that has not fat or little fat (lean cuts)

Eat steamed vegetables with no butter or oils.

Also, if you are doing low carb stay away from products like dressings and sour cream or cheeses that say low fat. They usually have added sugars which make them high in carbs.

I would grill or bake meat with little to no salt and seasonings such as Mrs Dash or garlic powder.... and steam or grill veggies again with little to no salt and seasonings....absolutely no margarine or butter though to stay low fat
