Eastenders: How will Max Branning and Phil Mitchell get over their financial problems?

OK, so basically the Mitchell's are on the brink of financial collapse after they lost £250,000 after Sam Mitchell failed to show up in court for her trial. Adding to their problems Phil Mitchell's decided to go to a loan shark and now he owes loads of money. Adding to his problems, Max Branning conned Phil in a insurance scam and lost £13,000. Now Phil wants Max to pay his £13,000 back plus help Phil in getting all the money he needs to pay back to the loan shark. So basically they're both screwed.

I just can't see how Phil and Max are going to get out of their money problems. How do you think the Eastenders writers will play it out?

Well, Ian is helping out Phil but as for Max Rachel's cheque wasn't signed so he's still in a predicament. Knowing him, he'll probably make it sign it on her deathbed! The continuity in EE is rubbish so knowing the writers, they'll probably forget about Max being poor in a couple of weeks.

I like the way you've asked this question like they're real people!
