I'm a real novice to hiking and am trying to plan a 7-day hiking trip. The most trouble I'm having at the moment is finding good points to start/finish the trip (within the MD/VA/NC area). Does anyone know about good places to start/stop a hike or where I might find some resources detailing that information?
