Easiest way to reset N73??

Hi. I'm selling my N73 and moving to a SE K790a. I want to get all my info off the N73 before I ship it to the new owner. What's the easiest way to reset it to the default settings. I saw one post with a key sequence (Deep Reset *#7370#). Is that a safe way to reset the phone? Will all original applications be reset to their original values?
