easiest way to get android 2.2 froyo on my htc hd2?

ive looked at tons of youtube videos but they all give me a link to a place i download it put it onto my SD card but i dont know what to do from there i cant find the "crldere.exe" think idk if thats how you spell it though its something like that, i need an easy step by step video, or web site that can show me the download link and how to get it working on my phone
