no matter how much i cut back and not eat junk food and eat healthy and workout i cannot lose weight . i will lose 1 or 2 pounds then the next day it will be back to my original weight i am 5'4 -126 pounds -age 16 - female . a few months ago i was 118 but i recently moved out and gained weight (118-130 pounds but i moved back home recently) so yeas i have lost 4 pounds so far but i'm looking to lose another 6 and be back to my original weight ( in the next 2 weeks) can somebody please suggest some foods and multiple cardio and resistince exercises ?
* please do not send me links to things that cost money , or berrys and heath suppliments i am only 16 and am only looking to trim a few pounds off not 50 pounds .
