Earth science: tracking the phases of the moon lab?

Okay i did this virtual lab and it was about the phases of the moon(obviously)
i had to print out some papers with diagrams, and some questions, on it, and they want me to write a complete lab report that includes my diagrams and answers to all of the questions
but i don't know how to do that,
can anyone help me?
