The orbit of Mars has an eccentricity of .093. The distance between the foci is .283 AU (Astronomical Unit; 1 AU is the distance of the Earth from the Sun). The closest Mars gets to the sun is 1.38 AU. What is the farthest mars gets from the sun? (HINT: REMEMBER THAT THE SUN IS LOCATED AT ONE OF THE FOCI)

please explain how to solve it, the equations and the answer
