Don't it seem quite true due to the fact that start from the new 2000 millenium natural disaster and wars started to become a very big problem like the tsunami in asia, hurricane Katrina, the cyclone in Burma, global warming, and Iraq-afghan war, oil price hitting record high, food price are jumping up. Compare all these to the 70's 80's and 90's. If you read the book of revelation it seem kinds of true due to the fact that is going on right now. There will be future wars coming up, more natural disaster and yes I say it earth will be hit by meteorite in the future and the human race population will drop to the point of almost extinction and yes there will be another adam and eve story and human will rebuild and history will be rewrite and we human will learn from our mistake.

The situation may not be so worst as Revelation. Each century, the Zodiac changes its centroid main star. Then the situation on Earth would be affected. The situation would be stable after 2010.

Nevertheless, Global warming is a definite disaster. All protocol and agreement are to late to fix the problem. More aggressive action have to be taken in order to eliminate such human factors.

Although I also like to refer to Revelation, there is a possibility that John was under depression and fell into his psychiatric state.

what we should do is organize a world wide team of scientist to create a huge spaceship as big as 500 50-story building. it will have a population of 100,000 and will be revolving on the sun at first then it will go its way to search for another habitable planet. from there we can experiment whether our race can survive if earth will vanish. this should wipe out all your fears.
