Early 80's silent HBO short with motorcycle gang riding but not on any bikes?

I remember there were noises but no talking parts. This was some sort of stop frame filming and the motorcycle gang was sitting on the ground acting like they were riding motorcycles. I think it might have been an HBO SHORT.
