I have amazing iCEMATs (Siberia) and I love the sound. The thing is, the wire coating broke off from the little plastic part where the 2 separate earbud wires join. So, one of the wires has a coating that will constantly ride up and expose the inner wire. I know that just leaving it will damage it and possible break all the wires.
I can't afford a new pair of these, since they are very expensive. I DO have electrical tape and I tried it, but since the diameter of the wire and the connector are different, the coating rides up anyways.
Does anyone have any tips for how to tape it/how to fix it?
