EA Sports Wii (30 Day Challenge)?

I have the EA Sports 30 Day Challenge for wii, but I do not have the items you need with it. Does anyone know what you need with it? And where I can buy the items. I am in Ontario. I know you need the band that goes around your thigh and the stretchy band, but it there anything else?
