EA Sports Game Face for FIFA 10 freezes every time i try to create my Game Face!?

I've been trying to create my Game Face for FIFA 10, but when i get to the page to create it online, it just freezes and my browser stops responding, ive tried restarting the browser several times now, so its not that. I've also viewed the FAQ's on the EA Sports website but still no luck!!. Any answers or suggestions would be appreciated! =].
