EA Rugby game improvements. Any ideas?

What would you like to see in new ea rugby games?
My ideas are:
Make own rugby ball
Make own stadium
Better player customisation
TMO replays
Make own team (from scratch)
Coaches/Captians talking before/
after game.
Make own gear (jersey,shorts,socks)
Better fights
Blood bin
Better comintating

Any other ideas?
