e92 BMW M3 or Ford Mustang GT500?

Say you have a budget of around 50k. You can get a slightly used 2009 e92 BMW m3 with about 15k miles for 50k..... versus a 2010 ford mustang gt500 that you can get brand new for 50k. Which one would you choose and why? thanks
