I paid my network, t-mobile to unlock my phone so I could use it with Orange.
Over 6 weeks later, they send me a code and instructions.
The instructions do not work. [execute failed]
I take phone to mobile shop. The instructions do not work for the shop assistant.
T-mobile do not respond to my letter so far.
Can someone please tell me exactly how to unlock this phone? Also, how many attempt do I get to try? T-mobile say 3, and I have already used up 2.
