i traded my e70 away to someone and stupidly shipped first. now he's contacting me saying that the keys don't work on one side
"WTF is this. I got the phones on friday evening, so i charged both the phones throughout the day. Saturday morning comes by so i pop my sim card in the E70. And what the hell is this, the numbers on the keypad doesn't work. ACTUALLY the whole keypad doesn't work. so I'm not able punch in my SIM code. So i open the keyboard up, and only the right side works, and the left side is broke. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS DOGG, you trying to scam me? I'm glad i didn't send my phone first because i would've been burnt. "
i know the fone worked JUST FINE when i sent it, and it was bubble packed.....
i'm pretty peeved about this, i dont know if he is just BSing me or what, but i would like some advice...
and if it truly IS broken, how can i fix it?
