It has wifi. It just doesn't have 3G because the only 3G phones Nokia has produced is for European countries, so all the phones out with 3G are useless to us in the States anyway.
I've been burned by people with feedback of less than 5 way too many times. I would, however, be open to accepting a bid from a friend's eBay and Paypal account and I'd still ship it to you?
